 Eco Kapa adopted the EN ISO 1461 standard as reference for hot dip galvanizing.
The latest technology in the field allows us to perform high quality zinc coatings: the galvanizing tank is heated by a computer-controlled inductor – high frequency currents – which keeps the hot galvanized zinc at a constant temperature.
Our laboratory equipment – spectrophotometer, precision balance, etc – allows for a physical – chemical process control related to chemical preparation and actual galvanizing in a very short period of time, thus ensuring quality for all processes and implicitly of hot dip galvanized items.
 The immersion and extraction speed of the items in and out of the zinc tank is remote-controlled, while all overhead traveling cranes have adjustment options.
Upon request, Eco Kapa can perform galvanized items passivation, which prevents naturally occuring compounds (such as white rust) to appear in the presence of humidity and salty environment. Passivation is performed on ecological biodegradable chrome-free substances.
